Kapybara Kid, is a picture-book series about a child named Kitt and their three pet capybaras, Coco,
Curly, and Cappy. Each artist book from this series includes one of one, original watercolor illustrations
with designs that are intended to harken back to childrens books.

The Kapybara Kid series is a recipient of the Broward County artist Support Grant as a part of an upcoming exhibiton in Fall 2026 at Rosemary Duffey Larson Gallery and Broward College Library.
A Day with the Kapybaras, involves three artist books that are designed to resemble kids board books.
These three stories are about a day with each of the capybaras as they encounter other odd animals and
help them throughout various problems. The overarching narrative of the Kapybara Kid Series is to create
stories about empathy and caring for one another despite any differences.
The original Kapybara Kid entry involves a raccoon that is stealing food from people in town, leaving Kitt and their team to track down the fuzzy menace, but they soon learn that the raccoon may not be as menacing as they thought.
